I've been talking about this one for a little while, to a few different people, but never specifics. This story was originally just meant to be a quick one-shot featuring Danny as he compared Grace to Five-0, but it's growing - without my consent! 
As it stands now, this story is attempting to pull together different timelines and... I need help reconciling how this is going to happen so it doesn't end up as confusing as it might sound. Anyone willing to beta on this one? Or, if not be a full beta, just let me toss around some ideas and segments via email or chat? Or here, even.
The story wants to start with the aftermath of the whump and Danny, while in a semi-conscious state, remembers and compares Grace to Five-0 and his daughter, while we flashback to what happened that's got Danny in the hospital and thinking of Grace.
